Vegan NYC hotspot coming to London

If you're a vegetarian or a vegan, we've got fabulous news for you. This autumn, the vegan trend will be kicking into full gear with by CHLOE., one of NYC's most popular restaurants, arriving in London's Covent Garden area.

Thanks to a loyal following due to an innate ability to make delicious plant-based dishes that appeal to both vegans and meat lovers, by CHLOE. has expanded rapidly since the launch of its first location in Manhattan's West Village. Now, the restaurant has a total of four venues in NYC, one in Los Angeles and another in Boston.

Samantha Wasser, Co-Founder and President of by CHLOE. said: “I am extremely excited to bring by CHLOE. to London as our first step in growing our international presence. Covent Garden’s restaurants and bustling fashion and art districts make it the perfect destination for our London flagship. London is such a diverse city with an incredibly vibrant food scene and we can’t wait to welcome a whole new collection of customers to experience the by CHLOE. brand.”

So what can you expect to eat? by CHLOE. comes highly recommended by this journalist; I stumbled across the restaurant at the Soho location earlier this summer and the spicy thai salad with apricot-sriracha glazed tempeh was one of the best lunch meals I had during my trip.

by CHLOE. was also referred to as 'best vegan restaurant in town, maybe the world' by Infatuation and awarded 'best veggie burgers in NYC' by Time Out New York; it's safe to say that you won't be disappointed.

The menu presents wholesome, plant-based foods including seasonal salads, soups, burgers, sandwiches and fresh pasta. There'll also be in-house made sweet treats and dairy-free ice cream from the brand's latest venture, Sweets by CHLOE. Crowd favourites will also grace the menu, such as the Guac Burger, Quinoa Taco Salad and Matcha Kelp Noodles.

The London restaurant will also debut a range of dishes exclusive to the UK audience - a vegan spin on Fish & Chips, perhaps?

The official opening date is yet to be announced but you can stay up-to-date on news by keeping an eye on the brand's website or following by CHLOE.'s instagram.
