Solar-powered cars could become a reality within the next three years.
That's according to Forbes, who report that leading solar company Hanergy has unveiled four concept models in Beijing.
The vehicles will be fitted with ultra-thin solar panels, that will be able to harness the power of the sun to charge internal batteries.
According to Bloomberg, a five hour charge in sunny conditions would be enough to travel for 50 miles.
Hanergy ultimately hope to be able to mass-produce the cars, and there'll be an option to charge them from mains electricity in the event of a cloudy day!
